Ingredients

- raw milk - cold

- warm water

Avocado - large
1/4
cup
- raw
honey

- cocoa powder

scoops - vital proteins gelatin

liver capsules

Instructions
Put the warm water in a blender and turn it on low.
Add the Vital Proteins gelatin while blending, so it emulsifies, then add the milk and blend well.
Keep the blender going and add the avocado.
Add the raw
honey
.
Add the cocoa powder.
Empty the liver capsules into the blender as you continue to blend.
Add
vanilla
and blend, using a tamper if necessary to scrape down the sides and make sure everything gets blended well.
