It’s fall here in Texas, but it is still HOT some days! So, I decided to make something for the best of both worlds: a refreshing milkshake with a pumpkin-y, spicy flavor. Not only is it an amazingly satisfying treat, it’s also packed with nutrients: good fats and high protein.
So, as the temperatures continue to rise, you can enjoy the warm flavors of fall while keeping cool… of course, if it’s already cool where you live, you’ll love this milkshake just the same!
Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
1 c raw milk (or coconut milk)
2 T pumpkin puree
2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides
1-2 T honey
1 T ghee (brown butter ghee makes the BEST flavor!)
1/2 t vanilla
Combine in your blender and enjoy!
